EBC V4 "Green Stuff" Brake Pads

Has anyone ever used this product. Courtesy Nissan's web site is selling an upgradable brake pad kit called EBC V4 green stuff brake pads. I was wondering if they squeeked, and also if they really produce a noticable difference in the amount of brake dust that is generated by the car?
