Be prepared to buy more than just springs.
Depending how much you drop it, you'll need
camber adjusters, and possibly more to get your
tires from wearing out too fast.

This same question get's asked once or twice every month, simply looking back a page or two in this section of the board will let you see and read those threads. You would also then understand that for those of us that do post up help, we need more info then the you've provided, like,.......

Budget?
What amount of drop will make you happy, define that further with a min and max amount?
What do you want out of the car once the parts are installed?
Is the drop about (fill in the blank) looks, performance or both?

well my budget is anywhere up to $500 rite now im sure that will be enough...i asked this question because i havent really seen a 350z in person with a drop that i like in person all the ones that ive seen have had coilovers but i dont see the point for me to get coilovers if i dont do any track or anything like that...im looking for the best all around springs drop maybe 1- 1.5" in the front and about 1.5" in the rear would be nice from what i can think... by the way i was looking at the eibach pro kit and really like them except for the fact that they only drop 1" all around i was wanting a little more drop at least in the rear but am not sure if it will clear my tires without any problems...

IMO, on a shock and spring setup, keep the drop amounts to 1.2" or above. Your oem shocks and aftermarket shocks don't have a lot of piston stroke at your disposal when you get down that low.

A number of spirngs are avaliable in that drop range. I won't touch progressive springs, which all of these are. But for your needs I don't see a problem with that.

Eibach 350Z progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 296/384 initial/final rear 316/421

Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 336/375

Swift 350Z Spec-R progressive springs 1.2”/1”
Spring rates in LBS intial/final Front: 291/392 Rear: 280/448

Progress Technology progressive springs 1.0”/1.0”
Spring rates in LBS 425/385 (final rates only, softer intial front progressive rate unknown)
