Zivman is 100% correct...what I meant to saY WAS.....they are identical in everyway excpet you would need a bracket for the rear brakes....so much for typing while drinking !!!

the PAD is identical in the rear - but that doesn't mean the caliper is the same (it isn't)

lol just sell the sti brakes for what you paid and call it a day, or see it as an opportunity to just spend a couple more hundred for a bbk.
