Your rear springs, sit on a really thick rubber upper spring seat. That seat can be removed and made thinner by cutting some of it's excess height off. This will allow you to lower the rear up to .5" for free, with absolutely zero issues as a result. You can get .8" total rear drop, if you use a dremel and one of those small sanding drums, makes a awfull dust that doesn't clean up well however.

Only caution I'll throw in is that the part your cutting is basically made out the the same kind of rubber that a tire is made out of and it's not going to be a pure cake walk to do the cutting. I found out that if I frequently sprayed the hacksaw blade with WD40, it wasn't too bad.

In the picture below, on the right is a uncut oem rear upper spring seat. On the left sitting on two spacers, is a upper spring seat that I cut then shaved down further with a dremel.

I cut 1/2" off the rear spring bumpers with my Hotchkis springs. Worked great.

I've had this mod done with my Tein S springs. It levels the Z and there are no issues.

i have just the s-techs and 25mm spacers in the rear. i was actually planning on doin it this weekend as the rear springs are incredibly easy to take out

with the stechs, and 25mm spacers, on the launch...they rub. went to the track tuesday, and ever launch, all i could hear was tire and fender mating. not a pretty sound

Got it done today. Cut almost all of the dremel. Lowered a little over .5". I'll post some pics up tomorrow.

as you can see, I changed my rear tire not too long ago right before the after pics from 235/50/17 to 245/45/17 which explains the wheel gap still on the slope. I'll get some better pics soon.

It definitely leveled out. I was observing pretty hard yesterday trying to take more pics. If I had the stock tires on, the gap would very minimal. Im still debating on aftermarket 18" wheels. Don't wanna waste money on stock tires again.
Well, since it was mentioned, I definitely need to get a rear camber/toe kit.
I already needed an alignment before this, so I think I made it worse. The rear is dropped more an 1".

No, formula is as follows:

Cut + weight of your brain = drop in height

.5" + .5lbs = are you fawking brain dead!?!
