Tein Flex with Pillow Ball and noise
I have recently had a set of Tein Flex fitted to my 07 Z and at first they were fine but now i get a sort of creaking noise off the rears when i go over a bump.
Is this normal or is there something i can do to sort it?

Please help this is really really annoying.
I think it may be the plastic dust cover over the top of the struts and bump stop. I've tried everything i can think of to stop it but the noise does not go away.

have you had the endlinks inspected/replaced? there is no way I could see for the boot to make any sort of noise, it's just a dust boot. Aside from going over all bolts to ensure they are torqued to spec, the endlinks are a very common issue as far as noise

Not checked the end links as the car was only 2 months old when the coilovers were fitted and the noise started almost straight away.
I have check and rechecked the torque.
What seem to happen is that the plastic boot does not sit correct on top of the shock body after driving and kind of sits at an angle so when compressed it is not compressing freely and making a noise. When i adjust it to sit correctly the noise goes away but after 5 min driving it comes back.
I have tried clamping it to the shock body and it stopped the noise for a while but it eventually came back and also the boot filled up with water doing this.
