For all you guys with bbk kits, how do you keep the rotors so clean and rust free? I park my z in my garage and I still got a little rusty on them. What do you guys recommend to clean the little rust spots on my drilled rotors? Wire brush?

Drive it. Stupid answer.
Although I will say that the stoptech rotors have an anti rust coating that would be nearly impossible to wash out of the drilled holes so I suspect those wouldn't rust.

If you mean on the contact patch, just drive it. If you mean on the hat, just wire brush and hi-temp paint a black or something on top
355mm Stoptech Trophy Sport under 17" MB Weapons (17x9.5+27). I had a hell of a time trying to save the dust shield since the extra 3mm in rotor width was causing interference. I use the dust shield as a mounting point for brake ducts.
Looks great! I just ordered the full Akebono kit a few hrs. ago; 40th anniversary red, drilled/slotted rotors, Motul, ss lines, silver billet brackets, etc. Can't wait to get it installed!
if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay?
I ordered it through my mechanic; he talked to Coz at CZP and he'll get the kit as a "jobber" order, so it will be a better price for me; don't know the exact #'s yet, but should know once it processes; said it could save me $200 hopefully (it all helps!). I paid him a check for 2K, any leftover would go towards install fees. I printed off their wheel fitment template, made it into cardboard, took off a front wheel this a.m. and it all clears my 18" rpf1's fine, so it was "order time"! You should check into this kit; they are sellin a lot of them and should be a fine setup; bright red should look good with the black wheels. Here is a link to the kit and approx. price; I'm getting red calipers.
Just dropped my car off for Akebono install, here are a few pics of front rotor (Centric slotted/drilled 14") + caliper, I'll take some more when it's done (better fit!):
