Default Got 'em on!

I had the Akebono BBK kit installed yesterday. 14" slotted/drilled rotors (Stoptech rotors, Centric pads), SS lines, Motul fluid, silver billet brackets. Some info. for guys with 18" wheels, these cleared fine with Enkei RPF1's with +15 offsets all 4. So far brakes feel strong and I'm real impressed with this kit; nice quality for sure! *The direct a.m. sun in some pics made calipers look off color, but they are actually a deep red color, like in last pic I'm holding one in my hand.

This pic shows the real color haha!

Wow that looks great! The red really works with your wheels and Z color. I have red akebonos as well but not factory so the finish isn't as good

I'm thinking to put 4pot with 355 up front, will there be any problem? spacer needed? thanks!

^ I doubt there'll be any fitment issues, if there is, it'll just need a tiny spacer or so. Even the huge caliper akebono with 14" rotors fits behind those wheels

Thanks guys! As far as fitment, my "closest" area is on one or two wheels ; calipers/wheel weights. For Stoptech maybe you can find a site that has a printable template like ConceptZ has, that is what made me decide to buy this kit once I knew they would clear on my 18" wheels.

had these calipers for a while, recently went from 357mm cheapies -> 362mm AP-Racing rotors. rear 4-pot kit is on its way, will do a full post when they're on.

Those R35 brakes looks good on your car. The 370z wheels too. Good job.

Finally got around installing my Stoptech Trophy BBK after almost 2 years of owning them.
