Angry B!tch A$$ ABS Light

i've spent 4 hours looking for a way to reset the damn light but I can't seem to find an answer...

What I did:
-front camber kit installed (SPC, 2weeks ago, no lights, no problems after install)
-Alignment Done (two weeks ago)
-replaced rotors/pads (today)
-bedded correctly (today)

The friggin' ABS light doesn't want to go away!!! here's what i did to trouble shoot this problem:

-fuse checked OK
-brake fluids checked FULL
-brake sensors checked/cleanliness OK
-Disconnected ABS fuse, CHECKED (OK) and reconnected
-Reset ECU by accelerator pedal (ABS light came back on)
-Reset by disconnecting NEG battery (ABS light came back on)
-OBD2 scanner (could not scan error) ABS only goes off after about 2mins of driving and doesn't go off when engine not running

If I missed anything that i should do to get rid of this light please let me know... I don't want to bring the car to the dealership because i have the ABS sensor connected on the adapter SPC camber kit provided. They will probably put it on the car lift and will claim that the adapters are the problem even if I didn't have any problems with the ABS after the SPC camber kit installation.

I'm just having problems with the ABS NOT WORKING just now after I installed the rotors and pads both new (i also cleaned both area where the sensors are located as suggested from previous posts) ABS IS STILL NOT WORKING AND I CAN'T SLEEP. PLEASE HELP!!!

have you tested the brakes by trying to lock them up on a stop? perhaps the light is only trying to tell you something other than the system being inop.

Duh Read the code from your scanner [Consult II is better] and look it up in FSM.........just like dealer techs do.

Does your ABS work or not? Maybe the ABS motor is dead? Have you tried ECU reset procedure?

Just pull the fuse... no more ABS.

I'd leave it on for daily driving though.

First do what GREGOM said above to reset the ECU, and also check ABS FUSE should be in the engine compartment. I removed the spacers because I found out it was unnecessary. I just adjusted toe almost to the max adjustment (toe out) which makes my front tire to about apprx. -1. Then I replaced the OEM ABS sensor bracket back, because the SPC ABS sensor bracket is not holding the magnet right (not flat and about 2mm too far out from the magnet, that's why it's going off). The SPC sensor brackets may work on your vehicle, but mine is a 2005 base z and that was the cause of my ABS light. I hope this helps... GL.

correction on my post above. It's friggin' too early in the morning, i confused the TOE IN with CAMBER IN .

Anyway do these to get rid of your ABS LIGHT

-Reset ECU, Check ABS Fuse
-Wheel Alignment at the shop (DIY: string to toe method, I used the leveler with laser, it's time consuming but it works fine, after it's aligned, reset ecu)

if this still doesn't work let me know...

The Consult II and III has special program to test and reset ABS. Typical under $5,000 OBD2 scanners don't.
