Default Clank sound from rear of car. Please read.

Well tonight I was driving and pulled into a gas station. Then entrance was a slight imbankment (sp?) and as I entered the gas station while making a left I heard this POP/Clank sound from the rear of the car.

I have all stock suspension and sway bars, but I do have after market rims but I have had those for 3+ years.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? Any helps tips would be much appreciated.

what are the conditions where you can repeat the noise? does it pop/clank everytime you're on an embankment?

This is by far the loudest that I've ever heard.

Maybe over the last month or so, I thought I heard a clank/thud sound from the rear, but I thought that it was some items in the trunk shifting around. The times that I heard those was when I would hit this same small dip in the asphault on my exit ramp. I would maybe be going 2-3mph since that small dip was at a stop sign. So I would basically be just rolling through and then I started hearing it more and more and more.

Now tonight, I get this clank sound while going about 5-6mph. It was loud and I am almost certain, that i felt the clank sound.

Endlinks would be my guess. Do you have aftermarket sways?

No, everything is stock except the wheels.

What would be a good recommendation to get this to stop?

Also check to make sure your hatch is secured properly, slip your fingers underneath it (when it's closed) and try to see if it'll move around.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the clank you get after you install coilovers. The sound only comes from the rear and is neverending. Any suggestions to lessen the clanking if not completly remove it? Thx
