Well if its just one side then I agree with JETPILOT... gotta be fluid. The bleeder valve isn't tight or there is a leak in the caliper or brake lines or something. If there is a defect in the caliper you may be able to get that wheel replaced too by Wilwood...

Those rotors look like the same surface area as the stocks... you have a pic further back? Maybe its just the angle thats deceiving, but it doesnt look like it has that long distance around like most BBK's have. I like the black calipers though.

It only takes a few drops. You'de be suprised. Tourque the bleeder to the specified torque. On the stock brembo's it's 10 ft. lbs. I imiagine it's close to that for the Wilwoods.

Yeah might just be getting a little squirt here and there... you may never notice the level change because it would be such a minute amount of fluid loss.

It could be a leaking piston if the seal is defective.

no paint coming off the caliper, on the back, or on the inside, lines are all tight. I did manges to get a half turn out of the outer bleeder, and about 2 and a half out of the inner one, hopefully thats all it is

those are quite a few turns. were the bleeder boots popped off? was there any fluid on the caliper (residual/dried)? the paint on the caliper is slightly more durable since it's normally some sort of two-part epoxy type paint. hopefully this solves your problem

no paint off the caliper, i didnt see any dry fluid. I cleaned off the inside of the wheel, theres a line of missing paint all the way around the inner part of the wheels were it would rotate around the inner bleeder, so i think thats where it was leaking. We tighted the **** outta them when installed, or at least i though we did.

Drove it around, check fluid level and wheel, no leaks, no more fluid came out, ill keep and eye on it though

once i got all the dead paint off, it looks much better, i doubt anyone will notice it when it gets dirty again
