Question Camber and Height

I know when you lower a car the camber is affected. My problem is that my driver side is alot more negative camber then the passenger side. I can look at the car and clearly see the negative camber. My passenger side has a lil bit of negative but no where near looks like the driver side. Also my driver side sits lower than my passenger side. I had this issue even before the coilover kit..

I searched but only end up with lowering the car causes negative camber. I already knew that, but like i said my car had this issue before the coilovers and lowering it. Come to think of it my car has always had worst negative camber on the driver side. When i took it to Nissan they thought the remedy was new springs/struts so they replaced all 4... I held off on alignment cause i knew id be getting coilovers and lowering the car. Im about to buy f/r camber kit... So my question is as follows

Does the camber of the driver side being way negative to the passenger side cause the uneven height? To me it makes a lil sense that the negative camber would cause it to be lower but im no suspension guru so i thought id ask.

^ no trying to hi-jack your thread but i just walked in from my garage and realized my driver side is higher than my passenger side. I'm on stock shocks and Tanabe springs and just got my rear camber fixed a little and now my driver side fender/tire gap is bigger.....got my attention because before this my drop was even.

You need to adjust the ride height so it is level and go have an alignment done. Problem solved.

Shocks were replaced with new ones and still had the issue, and now with new coilovers still have the issue..

I know theres a thread about uneven height, but my question is does alot of negative camber on one side of the car affect/cause uneven ride height?

I appreciate everyones input

if you guys are measuring in your driveway ive seen cars have different wheel well gaps after making the hard right or hard left turn, whatever it is, into the driveway..suspension doesnt get a chance to rebound back...

i say drive around and pull into a big parking lot and then measure...give us some measurements...see if its still there?

if you having alot of negative camber, you can really tell from tire.

maybe im asking wrong so i'll try a hypothetical question..

If a car that has same measurment all around is even, and one side just happens to get alot of negative camber. Will that car be uneven in height now?

I'm not an authority on this but I would say yes if the camber is way off one side to the other ur car will go lower on that side its like havin a cut spring lower on one side than the other. Camber will pull the bottom of the wheel in or out n if u think about this pullin the bottom in would raise ur car. For some one like me who doesn't want to raise my ride anymore than I have to a camber kit would straighten out my rear wheels but would also lift the car a little. . I think! Im probably gonna do the spc camber/toe kit and if my car lifts a little ill deal wit it... And if I'm wrong tell me about it!!!

1 inch is roughly 0.83 degrees of camber on a 26" unloaded tire. Simple Trig.

If you lower a car body 1" lower than factory, the camber goes more negative ~~ 0.83 degrees per 1.0 " of lowering. 2" =~ 1.66 degrees.

This will vary a little based on the exact camber gain curve build into suspension.

hes sayin that wen u lower the car ur camber is gonna change for sure.. but ur question was y is the car leaning to one side could it be becausethe camber is so much more off than the other side...yes its possible or u should check if all the parts r put back in the car all the rubber stoppers top and bottom in the rear this would make the car lower on one side if they were missing
