Default Eibach springs and rear camber/toe kit???

I can't find the right answer or correct info.

Do I really need to install Eibach Rear Camber/Toe Kit if I use Eibach Pro lowering springs??? I will stay with the stock 18" wheels/tires. Will the tires wear out faster?? Thanks guys.......

yes, this has been discussed many times if you are dropping 1" or lower, to be able to align the car correctly you need to do this.

rears would be all I'd consider mandatory, fronts will give you the added benefit of making sure your front left and right tire camber is dead even. Without the front kit, you run the risk of it being different side to side, leading to different tire wear, and different handling characteristics

It depends on the car as some can get into spec fine with no camber kit. But for the price of a rear camber kit, might as well just get it.

A front camber kit is also recommended, but one must weigh the cost of the front camber kit and install to the price of tires.

"A front camber kit is also recommended, but one must weigh the cost of the front camber kit and install to the price of tires."

And increased braking distances from front camber in excess of -1.0 degrees.
As the front dives camber increases 0.8 degrees per inch of body drop.
As the rear raises [weight shift] its camber goes more positive.

Just saying that the typical owner who buys just springs, is interested primarily in looks. On a previous Z, I had springs alone with no front camber kit, and on the road, even when driven aggressively, it was fine.

There will always be a compromise for braking and cornering grip with front camber, but IMO, front camber in excess of -1 and even -2 is fine on the Z and RWD cars in general.

I have Eibach prokit installed without a camber kit. I had a veteran race dude drive it extremely aggressively and he didn't think it was a big deal. I'm not worried too much about tire wear and in my normal not really very aggressive driving it seems fine.

I have the Eibach Sportline not "Pro" kit but my rear wheels were wayyyy out of spec after lowering it. You could tell just by looking at the wheels. I got a camber kit for the rear tires but I didn't need one in the front. I just changed my tires today and the tire wear was really not that bad on all 4 tires (with the camber kit on the back). So you really don't need a kit for the front but I'd recommend you get one for your rears

I have the pro kit installed on my Z also. The fronts seem ok. The rear looks bad, I can notice the camber and the toe is a little in also. I will be installing the SPC camber/toe kit this week and getting an alignment. Just a question for you guys that have the pro kit, when you turn the wheel full lock, and then turn the other direction to full lock, do you hear this little *boing* *boing* noise from the front springs? Sounds kind of likr the spring is moving or something. Is this something that is common? Should I be worried? Everything is fine driving wise and the car's not pulling or anything. Thanks guys. I would really appreciate some info.

BTW, I've searched for this for the last 2 hours and can't find anything.
