Suggestions for good low brake dust pads
Hey guys, looking to do a front brake job, any suggestions on pads that have a low brake dust with decent stopping power?
It depends on your definition of "decent stopping power". If you're talking about street only - I would get the lifetime pads from O'Reilly auto parts. If you want high performance pads, i.e. autocross or track days, then you want the Nismo, Endless, Axxis or Project Mu. If you want full track pads - check the Autox/Road forum, there is a sticky thread on Track Pads.
I had to Nismos on mine for a while-low dust compared to stock-work
decent for daily driving and make no noise and work average at auto-x
terrible for track days
i have Centric posi-quiets now(company who owns Stoptech)they make
even less dust than my Nismos but have poor bite for performance
driving-only recommend for lite auto-x duty but primarily street stuff only.

These inexpensive pads are virtually dust free: http://store.r1concepts.com/items/it...utm_medium=cpc

for low brake dust. you have to buy akebono pads from tirerack. akebono is a pretty new company but their brakes are standard on the g37. trust me i did a lot of research on this already. and i use them on my stoptech stage 2 setup. i only useit for street and never track the car so the performance is a little better than stock.
