The KW site adverties the V1/V2/V3 as having a max drop of around 1.5in on a 350z. However, a vendor here advertises the coilovers saying that they are able to go as low as 4in on a Z. Which one is correct?
Honestly I don't really believe either.. 1.5" sounds too small and 4" sounds a bit too much. Who was the dealer?
When your dealing with a honest manufactuer AND one that does it's engineering, you will not see big differances between min and max drops on setups that adjust height via spring preload. What Kw publishes makes sense. Being able to squeez a extra mount of drop below what they publish might be possible, but Kw's engineer's don't think it's good idea or they would have included that much drop in their specs.
On the whole, if 1.5" isn't enough chaulk it up to not having don the reasearch you should have before you bought.

KW V3's has a TAV (I think that's it ) range of 1.5" drop but I'm sure it drops lower than that because I accidentally slammed mine
