how did you disconnect the ABS module? I see a bunch of connectors near the abs motor, but the FSM is unclear.

You don't disconnect anything. You unbolt the abs sensor from the wheel assembly. The wire remains attached to the sensor.

If you want to disable the abs, its much easier to just disconnect the abs module. I just unplugged the top plug, I think it was blue. Unplugging the relay should accomplish the same thing. Just remember, disabling the ABS will also disable VDC. Normally I would not care, but with winter coming up it is making me hesitant. However, I never had those fancy features in my 87 Rx7 and I made it just fine thorough the winters.

I still have yet to find my issue, I went up to see my cousin the nissan tech and he ran a system test on it and all the sensors are reading correctly. He has seen where the steering angle sensor has caused this problem, but he wants to rip out my viper alarm that is acting up first, he feels that my have something to do with it if there are some wiring issue with it or what not. One step at a time I guess.
