Default coil spring locks

ive been searching but cant seem to find any reviews or opinions on coil spring locks do they work are they garbage? can anybody tell if this would mess up my springs im looking to lower the front just a slight bit back to stock since it was raised slightly when i got 20's

How was it raised? If there's a coil spring spacer in there take it out. Otherwise, get lowering springs with a mild drop.

no spacer in it just noticed a slight height raise when i went from oem to 20's on the wheels the locks just compress the springs i dont want any raises

DO NOT INSTALL COIL SPRING LOCKS!!!

You want it dropped a little more in the front?

Install 350Z H-tech's in the front =.3" front drop (do not worry about installing the kits rear springs if you don't want a rear drop)

coil spring locks are bad for the z? i have a couple in hand but havent installed them yet

No they are just bad for all cars, they are the beyond ghetto way of lowering your car.

thanx guys im just going to do the springs then i didnt know they were bad but the idea did seem kind of ghetto and not ideal too good to be true type of thing
