Ok so i install my camber kit (Eibach with camber/toe) and i take it to a local shop to get the alignment done...they all tell me its going to be $150+ because its a lowered car with a camber kit.... IMHO thats ******** cuz ive had it done for cheaper, but i couldnt find a local shop who would do it for cheaper....:/ what do you think...

just got mine done after lowering on s-techs and installing raer camber arms...
only paid 75$ for alignment, but sometimes they will run into trouble getting it back to specs... thats probably why they quote you so high...
they told me it was 75$ to start, but since it was lowered, it may take longer so they would bill by the hour... guy got it done in about 45 minutes... and that was at big'o say id say look around a bit more... GL

Keep looking around. 150 is steep. Some places don't advertise in ground alignment machines but have them. A local place that advertises it wanted 175 but another that didn't only charged 125. Good luck

A "normal" alignment runs about $79-$89. Once you do a major modification to the suspension, the difficulty of getting it back in spec is greater than the OEM setup, so I can understand them charging a premium for it. 2X normal might be a little high though.

$150 if its for 3 year alignment. if its a one time thing, too much.

I work at a Honda DEALERSHIP and we charge $119.95. So if the dealership charges $120 I'm sure you can find it cheaper than that somewhere else.

i wanted to get an alignment too, just for kicks, so i called this laser alignment shop and they wanted $150 too so i said nevermind. would like to get it but im hoping since im dropped on hotchkis springs, i might be able to get away with it. so im banking on blind faith, tires are looking okay so far, but would like to get it done nevertheless

It's supposed to be pigeon toed (toe in) - what's your actual amount?

Maybe your suspension pieces aren't installed correctly.

my dub was scraping on the ground like 3 inches lowered on 19's and I was charged $150... steeper like it has been said but it was done right. I haven't gotten my z aligned yet but from what I hear it can be done right for about a bill.

If you are truly unsatisfied try Glenn's Alignment in Costa Mesa. They accept appointments (1 to 1 1/2 hour wait). I now live in Chino Hills and they are worth the drive.

well we put the toe bolt in backwards to make it easier to adjust, but talking to some ppl made me realize that i just need to drop the sway bar and do it correctly, which i just did...i came in quickly to check the forums to see if i can try to manually adjust the toe...so far it looks much better tho...FML lol
