Default OC Autosports Cliffhanger rotors **REVIEW**

Recently I had a thread asking if anyone had purchased these rotors (Link) . Finally bid the bullet and decided to purchased them for a great price

These are upgrade from OEM Brembo so they are a little bigger than standard rotors. The Cliffhanger design make the slott all the way out to the edge, therefore "instant gas/debris release" and result in zero back pressure! The whirlwind design allow access to more drilled holes and increasing in ventilation. I know all this don't mean crap unless a real world test right? Stay tuned.

I got my rotors after a week and half or so because they have to drill the holes and slotted from blank rotors from Centric.

Pics are follow:

More review to be follows after I installed them this weekend.

So you confirmed they source their rotors from Centric?

If so, did you find out which type they get (IIRC Centric has a regular and premium variety, the premium employing better metallurgy)?

Thanks.

My Centric premiums have a painted center drum. Not sure if that is characteristic of the premium variety only, but corrosion might be a factor (visual only).

Either way, you got them for a steal. Do you plan on tracking these at all?

Do they charge extra for one extra-big hole? That rear-reverse shot looks like one hole in the row at the 9 o'clock position is larger than the rest.

They look great tho!
