Default One inch drop Alignment questions

Had an Eibach Pro Kit installed today. The advertised drop is 1" F&R. Had the car aligned and the camber is slightly out of spec.

Front -1.5deg
Rear -2.3

Any issues with these numbers. I hate to have to purchase a camber kit.

The tires are 275/40 18 R, 245/40 18 F

PS the adjustment is pretty much maxed out to get these numbers

I assume that handling is OK.

You will simply wear the inside tread of the rear tires quickly. My recommendation: estimate tread life. Swap at half of tread life.

Unless you want low amounts of rear traction and high wear , get a rear camber kit.

I believe Nissan wants it within -.58 to -1.33 in the front and -1.58 to -2.08 in the rear. Anything more will more than likely shorten the tire life drastically. However, if your alignment guy can get the toe pretty close to zero you may still get decent tire life (not good but ok).

I'll get the rear kit anyway.

IM in the procces right now of installing the rear spc kit. Theres a good write up in the how to section you should check out. Easy enough install and the little money spent on the arms is well worth saving your tires.

I'm doing the same exact kit minus the toe adjusters (I don't want to cut/grind away pieces of the car). They seem easy enough.

To drill the holes out you just need to remove the sway bar to get at it. Use a dremel with a #115 bit ($6 at lowes) Your better off doing it to get the most out of the adjustable arms. Well worth the time spent

I agree if your getting the arms get the toe bolts. I got lazy on that one and paid for the install...worth it.

The kit comes with the toe bolts but they need a grind to remove enough material from the car so the toe bolt and cam can adjust more the stock settings. I've been told the additional adjustment is mainly for track use so it shouldn't play a role in tire wear. I still think I'll pass on installing those chassis grinding pieces.
