As for shocks not sure yet. As for the change with the Hotchkis Stage 1 TVS Kit. Huge difference. To me the car is more responsive and way less body roll. The ride quality is better for sure to me. I am sure a good set of shock would even make it better. I am holding off on shocks right now till I learn more about the types. I have been looking at the adjustable ones. Now those tokico hp don't look bad at all. Seems to me with this setup it would be good for the occasional Auto-cross

I have the TVS1 kit with Tokico D-Specs. It's a firmer but more responsive ride.

I've been running the hps with hotchkis springs for about 8k with no issues , noticeably stiffer but car feels planted at high speeds. shocks appear a bit shorter and wider that stocks. I'd recommned for an econ set up.

I have the Hotchkis TVS installed on my '05. Very minor drop. A bit stiffer in the front and almost no difference in the rear. We have different stock rear springs. Yours should make even less of a difference. As far as the sways, You won't believe how easy it is to adjust. So play with them until you get the feel you want, screw anyone's recommendations. Basically, the stiffer the front compared to your rears, the more understeer, etc. Stiffer sways are better for high speed stability, but a little roll is good on the streets.
