Default squeaky brakes in reverse?

I noticed when back out of parking spaces almost every time my brakes squeak. Was planning on replacing brake pads soon anyways but am hoping to not have to replace rotors as well. Do you guys think replacing brake pads would resolve the issue?

EDIT: These are the pads I was planning on getting:

$115 shipped for all 4 pads, seems like a good deal, any of you guys have experience with CVR?

Kind of weird it's only occurring whenever you're reversing. If the pads are low, replace them. Some pads are made with different material, so even if they're brand new they'll still squeal. You can check your rotors by rubbing a finger along the rotor. If it's wavy, replace them

What do you guys think about the pads I posted in my first post, I've read ceramics create a lot less dust which is a major problem for me now, how about noise though?

think of it as since most of your braking is done when moving forwards the pads sort of adapt to that direction so when ur reversing i guess a good way to describe why theyre making a sound is the pads are going against the grain, btw are they factory pads?
