^ It's a moot point but none of our Z33s here have that strut bar. The only two that I know of is the one that you saw in the private classifieds which is the same one that Rickdogg purchased and their is another one in California on some black car with gold accents.
It is a very nice piece but its a little too busy for my own taste. Neither one is "better" than the other. They are Strut Tower Braces, they aren't any better than the stock one that our cars come quipped with (just lighter). It comes down to aesthetics when picking between these two braces. Whichever one you think looks better on your setup is the one that you should go with.

I had a Final Flag Strut bar and I can say that while it carries a high price, you have to consider than the ARC strut bar is just as much.
I am pretty sure they are made in the same factory as they are identical in every way, except the ARC is more of a brushed look and now have gone to a sticker logo vs the Final Flag which is more of a polished look with a metal badge. The Final Flag strut bar has more of a titanium look to it as well.
It went perfectly with my Amuse intake pipe. I sold both pieces to Rickdogg a while back.
Here is a better picture for you. I have a few more if you want better shots.

I don't have that pricing sheet at the moment. Let me contact Japan and see what the current going rate is for that brace and either Adam or I will PM you.

Man.... I must admit, thats one amazingly crazy sick looking exhaust.
Wonder what the damage was for that future Z parts hall of famer.

Since you have the Amuse intake pipe, go for the Final Flag since it matches much better. I had the ARC unit as well and it is identical to the Final Flag since I believe Final Flag outsources the work to ARC for this piece. The only difference is the FF being more bling bling since it is polished titanium with a burnt center and end caps. As mentioned, the FF also has a metal emblem vs. the sticker emblem on the newer ARC units (Older ARC units also had metal emblems).
The black car is Eric's in NorCal. Sick ride that also has the Final Flag intake and front damper brace powdercoated gold.
Here is mine during a test fit. I still want to get the timing cover, VTC housings, and cam covers polished:
