Default Anyone with aftermarket suspension...

Have you guys expercienced tire feathering after you installed your aftermarket suspension? (assuming you didn't change the camber to fit wheels) I'm wondering whether or not this tire feathering is only happening on cars with stock suspension or not.

Maybe I am wrong but it seems like most tire feathering problems are with cars built before 10/02. I had no feathering on my Z up to about 3500 miles with stock suspension. I upgraded springs to drop car after that and still no feathering problems.

Build date has NO Bearing on the Cupping / Feathering issue. Mine was built in 03 nad I had the issue. There is a report on the repairing forum of an 04 with the issue as well..

I agree. My car has a built date of 09/02 and there is no cupping/feathering of the tires so far. However, I only have 3800 miles on the stock tires. I don't know if/when the problem will arise but so far so good.

no feathering issues after Eibach install, i had 10k miles on my front tires and they still rode nice and still have a decent amount of tread on them when i replaced them I'll keep them around as an emergency replacement spare for the track
