Default 1 inch drop front and back question

I plan on getting the Eibach Pro lowering springs for my '07 Z (1 inch drop front/rear). I've been reading countless threads on whether or not I will need a camber kit for the rear. Some say if you go OVER 1 inch than, yes...others say, 1 inch is pushing it...can someone chime in and perhaps give me an experienced answer? Thank you very much.

There is no answer. Every car is diff. Put the springs in, then get an aligment. That will give you the answer to whether you need the camber kit or not. I would buy it anyway.

you won't need it unless you get wider wheels

Please don't try to help

OP, most likely you will need a rear kit, the front will be about -1.5 with that drop , but the rear will be a lot more and the toe won't be able to be brought into spec. Just pay the $160 for the rear kit.

My answer on the rear camber kit with the Eibach Pro-Kit from the Lowering Springs Picture Thread:

The benefit to getting the camber kit from the start is that you won't have to deal with finding out after an alignment that you should have ordered/installed the camber kit; which means no waiting for the kit to arrive, schedule the install, and have the alignment done again.

+1. I did the Prokit on my G and had no need for an alignment kit. Others with the same kit needed at times and not with others. Every car is built a tad different.

yes the camber and toe kit.......

you need a pair of rear adjustable camber arms - any brand you pick

and the spc toe bolt #72055
