Default brembo brake pads for a non-brembo setup?

i cant seem to find any non-brembo brake pads anywhere in my area... so i bought a pair of ceramic brake pads that are made for the brembo setup... the person working at kragen said that they will work just fine... so i bought them. will this cause any damage?

Seems wrong, there's a reason why it specifies w/o brembo or w/brembo when you order a certain set of pads.

This is correct the pads are different and will not fit into your standard Z caliper if they are a Brembo Pad.

Where in California do you live? Must be in a small town because non-Brembo pads are readily available at my local Autozone/Kragen/Pepboys. Even if they don't stock them, they can usually get them the next day.

the person at Kragen lied to you. plus if you had taken the time, looked in the vendor section, or contaced one of them i am sure they could have hooked you up with a proper set of brake pads.

Avoid walk-in automotive stores for specialty cars like the 350Z (IMO). Online vendors, like SPLParts, GruppeS, etc., have the knowledge and beat their pricing.
