NF210 or Sportlines
Hey guys,
Just wondering if you guys could give me some feedback on these springs.
I'm looking for the max lowering but I also want comfort
Which ones lower more?
Which ones are stiffer?
Tanabe NF210 or Eibach sportlines

I did this research last year. From what I remember, the eibachs are the lowest drop aftermarket production springs for the Z. I cant remember the exact numbers but I think its greater than 1.25" all around (maybe more in rear).
I'm too lazy to search, which I'm guessing is your problem as well.

Looks like you already know this but Eibach has two spring types for the Z. The sportlines are the ones with the crazy drop, the prokit are a more modest drop. Also note the difference between NF210 vs GF210, NF210 is 1.25" drop vs GF210 at 1.0" with slightly less spring rate.
I dont remember the numbers but I know they are posted for both the Eibachs and the Sportlines. This can be found faster through google I bet.

YES, do it right or don't do it at all.
Springs, struts, rear camber kit and alignment will set you back roughly $1k if you do the install yourself. Coilovers, rear camber kit and alignment starts around $1300 for coilovers. Just pick your path.

THe stock rear shocks last about 60k miles with stock spring, once lowered (especially slammed) they will wear out in 5k to 10k miles. Do it right the first time and forget about it. Then CAMBER, ok you want camber, thats cool but with out a rear camber kit you will have a rear toe problem. You will chew up rear tires, you may be able to just get away with toe bolts. Why chance it, do it right the first time.

But OP, like terrasmak said...make sure you get a camber kit and toe bolts otherwise you will RAPE your tires
