to my taste the guy in this install - video is using lot to much copper - paste ( is that the right word !? ) on the piston side of the pad. top and bottom are much more important ( in my opinion ) for the pad to "slide" sideways.

And I would invest to this:

cost almost nothing

I would just order this through Z1 and upgrade a little
