Default Question about generic ebay breaks

Hey guys

I had a question, I am not looking for any high performance breaks, my rears just started making scratching noise and rotors as well, so I was going to go to Salvo or Autozone and just buy generic rotors and pads (not looking for anything fancy) so I was just wondering how do you think the following breaks compare to the ones I would buy at Autozone

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissa...item335ac1c960

Thanks !

first of all, they are 'brakes.'

'breaks' means something tends to be broken. it breaks a lot.

And don't get ebay stuff, you will be so much happier in the end. A nice set of brakes will last you a decade.

Ebay will last you a drive to pick up your new brakes.

You're not really going to save a boatload of money going with the cheaper items.

You might as well just replace them with the OEM since typically brakes will last quite a while under normal use.

Someone else asked a similar question in which I commented on. Hope this helps you find what you're looking for at the price you're asking! Maybe one day someone will help me when I am in need of help on another area of the vehicle. https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-...ml#post8251799 post #8.

You probably won't go wrong shopping at Autozone but if you know what you are buying and have a little more time you could probably find a better deal for better equipment somewhere else. You could also try looking at www.rockauto.com for a price comparison. If you care about braking feel and not just price the pads matter a whole lot.
