I'm thinking about droppin my Z alittle with the Tein s-tech springs and I wanted to get some opinions on it from people who have dropped their cars. Does your car scrape alot more than it did on stock springs? Do your tires rub in your wheel well when you go over a bump? Smooth ride?? Any regrets? I have 19" rims so im just trying to fill that gap im not trying to drop it on its ***** thats why I thought the tein s-techs are a good fit since it only drops it .5 -.7

I am running on the Tein S-Techs on my Z and it's my daily driver. They are slightly stiffer but overall the ride is actually comfortable and I've done 5+ hour road trips in it without issue. I don't have any ground effects but you will still need to be careful going up steep inclines as well as parking curbs. You will need to roll your rear fenders but that shouldn't cost more than $50 each side.

I have 19's and are also running Tein S Springs, but I also have a STS kit with turbo piping running under the car and my piping only scrapes on the very worst speed bumps and inclines. You will be fine on that. Mine is a DD and I don't mind the ride at all. I had Eibach springs before these and I didn't like the ride as much and my piping scraped on everything.
My rear fenders are not rolled, but I'm also only running 9.5's in the rear

IMO, as a DD I don't really notice it much. I will be reaplacing my rotors on my next brake job and I will not spend the money that I did with these rotors. Next time I'll go with the EBC slotted (no cross drilled). For no other reason than they're cheaper and I shouldn't feel any difference as a DD.

Just sold my set and I used them for about two years. They are a bit more stiff than stock, but overall they were awesome. I have 19's too and they had my 350 sitting at the perfect height. I bought the car with them though so I can't give too much of a comparison other than the fact that Alberta roads are the worst and my girlfriend didn't even mind the ride. Also I'm pretty sure the previous owner didn't have to roll the fenders at all. I'd say for what you're looking for the s-techs are perfect.
