hey guys so just an hr ago i came into my garage to park my car and pulled up my e brake. and all of sudden it gave out and the e brake snapped down. however than i rolled the car out and pulled up my e brake and everything was working. but now when i pull the e brake up or down it makes a terrible squeeking noise. also when i go on a hill and pull the e brake up it it makes a another different type of weird noise that i cant describe. but anyways what do u guys think it is? does my e brake need to be replaced? how do i fix the noise?

Remove the 5 lug nuts, brake caliper, caliper bracket , and remove rotor. Take pic.
