Hit up Mike the powdercoater, he does great work! Perhaps you can get a good deal on getting all 4 done in some custom color?

Does powdercoating weaken the metal at all? Thought I read something about rims weakening that had been powder coated.

Did you reuse the washers that go between the two halves of the calipers? My rebuilder just called me and said I need those replaced in addition to one of the pistons..

I can't find the parts he needs

41120-12U25 is the part number for the front seal kit

44120-12U25 is the part number for the rear seal kit

You can get o-rings anywhere if your rebuilder thinks they are no good anymore.

I Can get the seal kits from Fontana nissan, but I need one of the front Pistons which is 44mm x 32mm and those o-ring gaskets where the brakes have been seperated.

I haven't seen them dissasembled, so I don't know what to order besides the seal kits.

I think the front pistons are Nissan part numbers:
41121-12U00
41121-12U01
not sure which is the 44mm and which is the 38mm

And I believe the rear piston is Nissan part number:
44121-12U00

I don't know that the o-ring gaskets between the caliper halves have replacement parts.

These...

I assume Lowes or home depot might have them, hopefully?
