Default What Pads for Project Mu BBK?

Hi Everyone,

I have Project Mu 6 piston front and 4 piston rear BBK's on my Z, and the pads are shot.

Please forgive me for the newb question, but what pads do I need to put on here? I know Project Mu makes an entire lineup of brake pads, but I am not sure what size to get, nor do I know if I am strictly limited to just Project Mu pads.

Thanks!

Street Pads. I use my car as a daily. Project Mu offers their B-Force lineup, which is a good street pad. However, the pads I see on the Project Mu site aren't the ones they use in the BBK.

I literally have contacted 5 different shops regarding the pads, and all of them have said they will need to call me back

What do you expect when you buy overpriced GayDM junk. Stoptech or Willwood would have had them n the mail to you buy now.

There is usually a specific pad needed that is not the same as the OE parts. For example:

Finally got an answer from two vendors. Much to my chagrin, very few vendors carry the pad's I need. Mackin Industries is the primary distributor, and they are out of stock.

Sooooo... I have to have them shipped direct from Japan. Whee.

I might invest in an anchor to hold me over for the next three to four weeks until the pads come in.

I don't know if you have the older Project MU kit but pad selection is exactly why I was/am not a fan of them. I know on some of the older kits they used four smaller sized pads that NO ONE except for Project MU made. Ridiculous if you ask me.
