Nut holding the swaybar end link
I need to know the part number, or a suitable nut I can use for this. I must not have tightened it enough or maybe just forgot to put it back on when I did my spring install. It is the one with the green arrow.

I think it's probably cheaper to buy a new link with nut from RockAuto than to buy just a nut at the dealer. Dealer wants $26 for the self-locking nut. LOL
But I think it's typical for older endlinks to be ineffective on our already stiff cars. I noticed a huge difference in handling and ride compliance when I replaced my very worn (but not broken) stock endlinks with high performance spherical bearing endlinks. The whole car felt a lot more responsive to my steering input. The new links also make the car rebound from a pot hole much quicker, making ride quality noticeably better. And that is just from an endlink replacement using the stock sway bar.
I suggest you buy new replacement endlinks from your local automotive stores or from an online retailer. G35/Z33 endlinks can be bought for under $20 each with brand new hardware. I guarantee you will notice a difference if you barely notice a difference with your old, worn original endlinks.

The nut is what is called a "top lock" or "prevailing torque" or "stover nuts"
they have "pinches" on the top to where they distort the threads on the nut in order to provide a locking feature.....
They are M12x1.25 class 10 nuts, the wrench hex is 17mm (ie, use a 17mm socket/wrench to remove)
Autozone etc will have basic nuts that will work just fine...as an endlink isnt too too critical and wont come off if torqued correctly....
sourcing top lock nuts from fastenal, etc or even speciality bolt stores, you wont find the 1.25 thread pitch......you will find 1.75 only!
So if you want top lock - then you would need to get it at the dealer...
see here:
""Uniquely shaped threads provide a vibration resistant friction fit, so the nut stays put. These all metal TOP LOCK locknuts withstand higher temperatures. Top thread section is deformed to create two or three locking zones; they start easily by hand, then must be wrenched into final position.""
