Thanks Korner. I think I have newer pads.. but when I stop its vibrating so I'm just assuming I need new rotors. They have been turned already as well. I would rather do two just for money purposes.. and i hope its just fronts!
It depends on if and how bad each rotor is warped. It also depends on the age of the rotors. If one is warped and the other three are at the lower wear limit, it doesn't make sense not to replace the other three as it won't be long before they become too thin and can't be resurfaced.
You didn't say how old the car is and/or how much mileage on the rotors.

Mine vibrates pretty bad too
Debating on wether or not to step it up to used Brembo's or new Akebono's?
OT: Pretty much everything that has been already mentioned is all the advice you need.
Depends on how many miles are on the car.
If one rotor is warped, while the other three are low, might as well do all four rotors.
Usually the fronts are the ones that warp.

Cheap e-bay rotors can be ok, but use a quality pad. Some of the crap that ships with the rotors from vendors online is really poor quality. A rotor is basically a rotor, very few will ever have an issue with anything on the street, but cheapo pads make themselves noticed very quickly.

Good point! I want oem pads and rotors for sure! I'm going to get it done, I've bought cheaper pads in the past to save money
and I haven't liked them!

If they've never been changed - then they are due for replacement.
You can get some good Centric or other name-brand rotors for a pretty good price. I'd stay away from e-bay junk though. Go to autozone, Oreillys, etc. and buy some lifetime replacement rotors and pads.

I am not a fan of the stock pads, there are much better options out there in the aftermarket. I switched from my oem pads to a higher-end Raybestos replacement at about 5K miles due to the noise from the stock pads cracking, and the braking feel was much improved. Now with some replacement rotors and hawk HPS pads, the car stops like it should have from the factory. (OEM brembos) The compound may be better on the non-brembo cars, just sharing my experience.
I'm using the autozone "Duralast" rotors, they are lifetime warranty I believe and were super cheap. Centric makes great stuff as well.
You can check rotors for run-out with a special gage, but the rotor must be removed. If you are going to remove rotors may as well replace them.
