suggest you save up for some oem brembos in the private classifieds, they pop up every now and then. sometime a rear set alone pops up then a front set, vice versa, so you can buy in stages. just be patient
you'll be a lot more pleased if and when you follow through.

NO!
Leave e'm stock unless you have the real thing.
Personally,I've never been a fan of the bright color caliper thing
even if they are Brembos and such. For sure, brakes are highlighted
on million buck cars as a status symbol. They sure give the performance.
But at times, anything that stands out that much screams,"look
at me".But hey, guys are crazy about piling on LED's,burnt exhaust
tips, purple wheels...Why should using color on your brakes be any different?
Just don't do the ricer stick on covers!
Try to wire brush&polish your calipers.Thats what I did.Gives a textured
alloy look.Pretty subtle, but really no different than polishedparts on your engine.

Stock brakes....clean them up and paint black or silver....no need to bring attention to base model brake calipers. If you can't afford BBK, just get some slotted/drilled rotors and good pads when its time to replace brake parts.
