Default Brake Indicator Light Coming On??

So whenever I do something intense persee' my brake indicator light comes on. By intense I mean (1) hard braking... ok I understand why it would do that in this situation but (2) really baffles me and my buddy who works at the dealership... 1 outta 4 times when I accelerate hard, like drag style it comes on and stays on for 5min or so... I tried pulling the e-brake while moving a little and while stopped and I have totally turned the car off and restarted and it still remains on then just eventually goes off....?? Its probably nothing crazy I have to be worried about... But it is kinda annoying and I don't believe its supposed to do this.... Anyone have experience with this or any ideas?? My buddy that works at the Nissan dealership said to check my brake fluid and it is inbetween the low and full lines so all is good there... Any help would be appreciated Thanks
PS: I wanna get Akebono's or new calipers soon and really wanna fix this issue before I spend the money on those.

In between all that drag racing, top your brake fluid off

Add some brake fluid. Midway between low and full is too low.
