Default Oem style coilovers

I have some megan coilovers oem style.

i think the guy that installed my coils installed the rear backwards.

where is the adjuster turner needs to be?
up or in the bucket on the bottom.

mine is located in the bucket.
does it make any difference where its located?

pic i found on the web to refer to.

Based on their pictures it should be up top. Did he take out your spring mount?

Can only help if you post a pic of your rear setup after install.

While the pic you posted of someone elses setup is installed 100% correct. Its not what you have. Please post your setup.

Did it come with a top hat? If it does, then you need to put the adjuster thing on the top, the bottom will use the rubber thing from the stock suspension. Think about it, if you put the adjuster thing on the bottom, how are you going to turn it with the tool? I don't think you could reach it due to the bucket

I don't know about the Megans but not all coilovers like that get installed with the adjuster at the top. I know H&R coilovers for one have the adjuster installed in the bucket and the upper spring mount doesn't get removed. It's a pain in the *** because like you said you can't reach it with the tool. You have to drop the bucket and pull the spring and adjuster out.
