Default for all people dropped on springs

what kind of springs did you guys go with and how many inches of a drop did you guys get out of it.. i want to slam my z on 19inc varrstoen and don't know what kind of springs and how low i should go... lmk please

Springs and slam? How low you 'should go?' Did you search or even browse around before posting this? Cut your stock springs and post up pics.

I had hotchkis sport springs and they lowered about 3/4 of an inch. Coilovers are going to be your best bet for "slamming" and being able to raise it when you realize how impractical that is for everything.

Dont forget, upper control arms, rear camber arms, and possibly even rear toe arms.

This isnt a civic, do it right or not at all.

Tanabe GF210 is nice.

Specifications:
Front: 1.0" drop
Rear: 1.2" drop

Just buy stance coilovers and search next time

Its just such a silly question to ask when there are tons of review threads in the very section you posted in. Its very redundant to answer the same questions over and over, and thats why you are told to search and look around. When theres an original question being asked is when youll be met with better assistance.

I think the lowest spring drops it about 1.5 inch , pretty much slammed

I'm on sportlines. pretty low, coilovers would go a lot lower.
