hi, my 05 is has been starting to make "louder" creaking noise and some times thumping noise from the front.
Before i go on, i have stance coil over, pretty low, SPL compression arm bushing, AMS endlinks, and ES inner and outer bushings.
Whenever i turn the steering in both directions, it makes loud creaking noise as if it's coming from the strut tower area where a arms are attached to.
Also i hear thumping noise sometimes from the front left side.
my question is, do bad a arm bushings make the creaking noise when turning the steering? If so, does the bad a-arm bushings have an affect on performance?
The thumping noise doesn't really seem like its coming from the a-arms.
Where could it be? endlinks?
thanks.

The thumping noise is from the SPL solid compression arm bushing. Mine do it and so do all of the others. It's the sacrifice of having solid bushings there. Nothing to worry about.
The creaking noise is possibly your upper control arm bushings, but I might suspect a polyurethane bushing creaking before a factory rubber arm bushing. Your upper control arms are still factory right? You say you're pretty low. Have you checked your alignment after installing all of these parts?
Noises are a payoff to installing poly and solid bushings. You can lube the poly bushings, but there's really nothing to do with the solid.

its been awhile since i had this whole set up. so yeah, the alignment is good.
The thumping noise, i get it when going over the lane dots on the freeway. but when im slowly getting out of parking space, i hear the thumping noise from only left side, i think. IIRC, i could feel the vibration in the steering when it makes the noise. i thoght it might be from loosened endlink?
this is normal with solid compression arm bushing?

Yes it's most likely from the solid compression arm bushing. It's amplified by the polyurethane bushings as well. When you run poly bushings versus factory rubber bushings things get louder and bumps get a tad more harsh. You feel and hear more of the road and especially the bumps.
You seem to be quite worried about your endlinks. Those are easy to get a visual check on. Just kneel on the ground and look to make sure they are in one piece and still attached.
