i installed mine and ended up at 8 clicks on all four corners, i think im gonna back down the rears one click and turn up the fronts one click. so far i like the way they feel. its been rainy here so i havent got to beat on them and do some cornering for a real review, but they take bumps nice and make the stock suspension feel soft as marshmallows

well fortune said how can we handle this. i said how bout i send you back these 6k springs and you send me some 10k springs for the front. they said keep the 6k and we will send you the 10k springs.

so overall im happy. i got front coilovers with 6k,8k and 10 k springs with 8k rear springs.

i installed the rears yesterday on 10 clicks just in time to make it to the twisted sisters cruise. i had no complaints, besides maybe should of made them a couple clicks stiffer. ill get back when i have every thing installed and dialed in.

still tweaking it to where i like it. but from the looks of it you can slam the front to the ground while the rear could have a little tuck.

With the way they are set up in the rear, you are only able to barely tuck the rear, all depends on what wheel and tire sizes you run. You can get an extra 1/4 inch rear drop by shaving down the lower rubber spring mount. At first I didn't even put that rubber mount on bc I didn't realize it was there. All I did was pull the stock stuff out and slap the fortune rear stuff in. I drove on it like that for a day and realized I shoulda probably put the mount on lol. It drove perfectly normal without the lower rubber mount, so I'm guessing it wouldn't be too bad to run it without it. It'll allow for about another half inch of lowering.

lower rubber mount? i hope you didn't install it upside down. the spring sits in the bucket and the rubber pad and adjustment perch go on the top.

if you wanna make it lower. take out the locking ring and bottom out the ring that the spring sits on.

lol, i installed them correctly. on the stock rear spring there is 2 rubber pieces, the lower and upper ones. when installing oem style rear coils on a z, it is reccomended tu re-use the lower rubber piece so that the spring isnt just laying in the bucket. it helps keep the coil in place.

ill post some up tomorrow. im gonna lower it some more anyways.

note, the rear passenger side is a pain to adjust because the cover for the gas filler tube is in the way. the shocks them selfs are super easy. the fronts should be just as easy.

another note, the preload is not set on the front coilovers. so make sure you set them right and tighten down the locking collar with a hammer and screwdriver.

this is what i recieved in my box. and i also have some before and after pics. btw, the rears can still go another 1/4 inch, and the fronts still have enough to put the bumper on the ground.

With a motion ratio of .63 that 10 mm turns into about 18mm at the tire. Do they still teach leverage in high school?

^haha. well, the springs are also settling a good amount. i actually have to raise it up as the starting to rub the fender where it meets the rear bumper. (i fell tempted to drop it all the way just so see how low it goes.)

the ride feels very good. i have the front at 12clicks and the rear at 10 clicks from soft. im gonna stiffen up the rear a little more to settle it down when im on the rough roads.

btw, switching between 8k and 10k springs the front made a HUGE difference. 8k almost felt like the tanabe gf210.

an update on mine, they're settled now, and i love them. theyre very smooth and arent too harsh taking bumps. im running some decent negative camber, and boy does it corner like a race car, i am very pleased so far, i just hope they last a really long time.
