Eibach Pro Street Coilovers
Hey guys,
So Im starting to crack a little and thinking about getting better quality coilovers instead of slamming my ride. I wanted to get bc/d2/stance so i could slam my ride, but feel I will be disappointed in ride quality. I am leaning towards eibach pro street, mainly because I wanted kw1 and heard its the same thing but cheaper. Another option is h&r coilovers. Does anyone know where I can get these for a good price? I read posts of members saying they found these for 900-1110 new, but I can only find them for 1300 online. Thanks

I will suggest kw v1 coilovers because it has life time warranty on their products. Eibach's springs are manufacture from KW, but not the shocks. KW strut housing/shock bodies are T304 stainless and they are completely impervious to rust, corrosion, acid rain, salt on the road. And Kw is also the OE supplier for Alll Mercedes AMG cars. They design and valve all the suspension dampers to each individual MODEL within that brand, so you're getting something truly unique.
my friend with the d2's says his ride feels a bit bouncy because the left and right coils are adjusted to different heights. His driver side coil is higher to compensate for the weight of the driver, and the passenger side is lower. He says he might have overcompensated by raising the driver side up too much, which is why its causing the sway/bounce. On turns the car with "wobble" a little left to right in quick repeated movements for a second or two as the car is moving straight out of the turn. It this plausible? Its only a 1/4inch-1/2 inch difference in height.
I heard its the KW shock but with Eibach springs. Though I've read that the dampening of the Eibach are not as good as the KW V1. If anything the KW are still a better choice, but Eibach are a "better" direction than the Taiwanese brands.
