So I was doing a Rear camber arm toe arm and traction arm install. When I came to these bolts in red that are attached to the subframe, on my car one was cracked basically just hanging one, and the other was absolutely seized on. I had to cut one on the other side as well. So basically out of the 4 I only have 3. My question is what are these called. Does anyone know if I need a whole new subframe, or can a shop weld some new ones in. The back side is welded on, while the front side is not. There is no real way to the back side of them. Any help is warranted.

drill it out and maybe get new ones welded in or use a very hard bolt. problem with either method is access.
I would venture to say you must have hit or drug something back there. The first bolt failed which probably damaged the 2nd one.
Good luck

Yea, they were both very rusted up though. Thats the reason why the second one got screwed up. I think I will have to take it in. As much as that kills me to say I will have to. Ill add it to the list of things to be looked over while its in the shop. I just hope they dont have to drop the sub frame.
