Z1 Motorsports Brand Brembo Rotors
Any feedback out there regarding these rotors? I'm in the market for some new rotors for my brembos. Not wanting to break the bank. My Z is just a daily driver, no track, just to and from work.
Thanks
Thanks

I just went to napa and picked up a set of fronts and rears. $92.82 a pair fronts and $65.32 a pair rears. Using my employee discount. These were their "ultra premium" rotors. Thanks guys for the input.
Not sure if you installed your rotors yet but I have them, bought them last month, got a really good deal from Jon at Z1, rotors, pads, ss lines and fluid. Didn't end up using the ss lines. Looks very clean with the Brembos. I bought the Stoptech pads, The hawks i was going to get, Jon recommend i didn't because i don't track my car. I can send you a pic if you want to see what it looks like.

kinda sounds like the rotor isnt seated properly or something. i would take them off and double check everything and reassemble,

Are you having any issues with your Brembos? I just installed them but my first initial brake sounds like the brake pads are knocking against the rotor. But when I get to driving with normal stop and go, the knock disappears. My research has me going back and greasing up the caliper pins. Plus it seems like the car runs differently.

Yes, the pads I got, the shim had and adhesive backing, they also didn't come with grease. One of my trouble shooting steps was to grease the caliper pins and pad shims. Is the wear indicator on the pad suppose to be in the inside or outside of the rotor? I'm a novice when it comes to DIY on cars.
Yesterday I lubed up the pins. Then I used the motive bleeder. Had air pockets come out of all bleeders. I notice that my rear calipers do not have the oem hard line. I bought the Z1 lines that stated for these to work the oem hard lines need to be used. Not sure why my mechanic did not use them. But lubing and bleeding did not make the problem go away. I'm going to install the hard lines this weekend.
Youre only driving to and from work??
Make sure to get the most expensive rotors and stickiest pads money can buy. You never know when a cat will jump in front of your car and youll need to stop on a dime.
