I just recently changed my springs to eibach springs on my stock oem shocks. And after installing I'm getting a knocking sound from the front when ever I hit any bumps. Sounds as if the spring is loose and jiggling but it is not loose. Any suggestions?

 

Most likely explanation is that you didn't cinch the top nut down enough on the upper mount. Good thing is you can just open the hood and inspect/tighten from there.
