I am currently stumped on a set of brakes I have in my possession. Does anyone have a clue as to what company made these??? Seem like they are very high quality...
I can't find an exact match but the style seems like something AP Racing uses. Here is a link to show you they have similar features so I'm not sure if maybe you just have an older model or something along that line.
Thanks for the reply. Yea I've looked up and down for the match and can't seem to find it. I thought the rotor might lead me down the right path but it hasn't shown up either.
They match Endless Calipers almost perfectly until you get to the guide pin and the face of the caliper... I also tried to message the company to see if it had been like an old product and sadly they said it wasn't theirs.. Really need to find out so I can restore and buy all of the parts for it.
Good news! Found a match on the rotor hats to be Brembo! Still can't find the caliper though. Leaning towards Brembo as well due to the brake pad guide pin set up.
Yea they match up closer to Endless which is why I started there but I'm leaning towards an older model Brembo. If only there was a master list of calipers made by them somewhere..
After HOURS and HOURS of stalking sites and trying to figure this out I got a lead. So it looks like these calipers/rotors are from a company called Freni-one. Was pretty hard to find much info on the company let alone the brakes... Huge weight lifted off my shoulders!
That's going to be the hard part. Little information about them so far. Emailing them to find out more and hopefully hear some good news.
I'll feel better about keeping them and everything if I find out that they are in fact made in-house! It's not that I won't trust them if I find that they're like Trust, K-Sport, or Stoptech, I just prefer rare pieces.
