Suspension regarding what parts I need
Ok so I lowered my Z on some coilovers not true stye and I did researching on forums and it said I needed rear camber arms to fix my camber along with toe bolts. I got that, installed it. Then I went to the shop to get an alignment and they are telling me I need to buy new toe bolts because the washers are eccentric washers or something and those won’t work, these are the spc ones that came with the camber kit. And they told me I need to buy basically a whole kit with control arms. Do I need to buy the control arm kit? I’m just still confused as to what I need .

Depending on how far you've lowered your Z, the alignment shop may not be able to adjust the suspension to OEM specs. It's difficult to know what parts to recommend without knowing what your goals are with your current suspension setup. Also, you do realize that every time you adjust your suspension up or down, the settings change and you may need a new alignment to compensate?
This is the problem with coilovers...

You'd only need the spring bucket elimination/ toe arm if you had a true style coilover. The spc toe bolts with washers are specifically meant for retention of the oem style separated spring/shock. Sounds like the tech is a little confused, I'd probably shy away in that case.
[QUOTE=MicVelo;11029757]No, you need to go to a different shop that knows how to work with SPC adjustables. Particularly good if they know Z. The whole point of the eccentricity is to be able vary the toe! Fat lot of good round washers would be.[/QUOTE
yup! Got someone to help me out didn’t need any extra parts
