ill prolly order the 14" front kit but will it clear the stock 17" wheels (i doubt it will). Just because if i blow out a 19 (when i get them in) i am curious if the stock 17 can fit on top of the 14.1" rotor?

Unfortunately, the inner diameter of a 17" wheel is not large enough to house a 14" rotor. You must have atleast an 18" wheel.

The front kit is $1750 at the GB price. And the rear kit price is not available yet. Should be very soon.
From the offset you showed, these brakes should def. fit. Your wheel have a very low offset, which make BBK fitting easy.

Call me at the shop if you have any other questions, and we can talk about your ordering.

Thank you
