It sucks, that the search function is down right now....
but hope this would help out.... If you have a lot of patient and some knowledge with tools, it is a fairly sample removal and install.

here you go! Sorry, copy the wrong link.

It has plenty of the pictures, it only drop about .5 inch all the way around. since I'm running 45 series on stock 17, so there's still some gap between the fender. I will have better picture when I get my wheels in 2 months or so.
I did wait for about 200-400 miles before I got my car align, and I was able to bring everything back to spec! No shocks change, just used the stock one. Will wait until next year to get new suspension.

I think that is about average. It would of been a lot better if you have access to hydralic lift, if you try to install it yourself. Then you could save the money for the alignment. But most definitely if you don't feel confortable doing it, then it is best to go to a professional.

spring installation ranges from $100 - $130 here in Houston area. $150 seems a little bit more, but if they give you really good service, then I guess it's worth it.

If I have to give a range of how hard the installation is, from 1 to 5, with 1 being easy and 5 being hard, then the 350z FRONT installation are about a 3 and the rear springs are about a 1.
