Don't believe that about the rears, something is different about his kit than any others I have seen. I have the front and rears on my car and I can tell you that they are incredible. I fit 315/30/18s in the rear on an 18" Nismo rim with a +30 offset and no stud issues. VRT track races a bunch of their cars with the APs and the stock studs with no problems, if they were only hanging on by a thread then they would have snapped off on the first turn. Buy the APs, you won't be sorry.
