Hi all.
One of my buddy with 03 Evo VIII is upgrading his Stock brembo to Endless and he asked me if i'm interested.
I'm very interesed on those brembos but not sure it fits or not.
I don't mind replacing rotors (since i prefer drilled). I don't no much of brakes.
please share your knowlegde with me.
Thank you.

It should work with new brackets, etc. The STi, Evo, G35c and 350Z all have the F50(?) Brembo brake system.

They're all based on the Lotus caliper. Getting a new bracket would work if the calipers required separate mounting units. But since the mounts are built into the caliper on these "OEM" units, you need the mounting bolt distance to match up. The G35/350z front mounting bolt distance is 10 cm. The Evos are more than that, maybe 12.5 cm?

Isugoo,
My advice is to not go down this path.
First, making brackets is costly. They need to be properly designed, and made from the proper materials that will not fatigue or crack...not an easy or cheap task to do properly.
Additionally, on the outside the calipers on the STi, Evo, and 350Z Track all look the same. However, the size of the pistons in the calipers are not the same. The result is that they apply a different amount of brake torque to the wheel in each instance. In essence, your front to rear bias, or brake balance, will be off.
We always have customers asking about doing this sort of thing. Most of those who do come back later and say, "man, I wish I had just bought your kit and been done with it." They usually spend a lot of time, money, and aggravation, and they don't end up with something they're happy with. That's my $.02.

j,ritt.
thanks so much for your prefessoinal opinion.
yes, i'm afraid of hassel if i install evo's.
i think your 14" kit is overkill to me since i dont do much track. i like to have 13" kits (f&r)
can you give me a quote if you don't mind?
thank you for your help and it gave me clear answer.

Isugoo,
No problem on the advice guys...I've seen a number of our customers go down that path, and it typically it leads to headaches and more expenses. I hate to see anyone go through that mess. I did it with a seat install to some extent...what a nightmare!
As for the front and rear...do a search on 'new products from StopTech.' I recently posted details on our rear 13" kit that will be out this summer. You will be able to buy our current 13" kit, and then add the rear on later.
For a quote, I would contact a StopTech reseller. Some good ones from this board are Performance Nissan, Street Image, Zeckhausen Racing, N Tech Engineering, Concept Z Performance.

awesome,
thanks.
maybe i have to wait till stoptech release 13" front/rear kit (since -usually front&rear kit cost less than 2 separate front, rear brakes)
